At present, the governors of each state in the United States have never stopped calling for cooperation between the two countries. They are still purchasing medical materials from China. Nearly 100 former US politicians and scholars have called for China's help if the US wants to alleviate (at present, it can't solve) its own epidemic situation.

3、 Personal mobile phones and all social accounts shall be submitted for entry examination. The main content is that during the departure period, there is no hate or rumor (refer to the relevant standards of American entry examination);

4、 The entry staff shall promise to work in the legal residence and work place, and shall not leave the Consulate General for more than 50 kilometers, and shall not engage in any work or behavior unrelated to their duties;

5、 Formal meetings with local representatives, as well as official visits to educational and research institutions, must be declared and notified to the Chinese side in advance.

The above five points, which do not mean to create difficulties for Americans at all, mean that the principle of reciprocity has been thoroughly adopted. Since this is the requirement of the United States for our personnel, the Americans should comply with this requirement equally.

This time, the Americans want to restart the Consulate General of Wuhan to prove that they have to recognize China's great anti epidemic achievements.
