Some vocational colleges in Henan also began to mobilize graduates to practice at Foxconn. The first batch of newly recruited employees from all over Henan is about 3000 people, who will live in the upgraded employee apartments tomorrow.

Some county human resources and social security bureaus have also introduced corresponding incentive mechanisms:
For each successful employee (at least 7 days in the factory, the same below), a referral fee of 200 yuan will be given to the human resources company; Each township social security office or social personage will be given a subsidy of 800 yuan per person for every successful introduction of one person to work in the factory; It is also suggested that each social security office should mobilize village cadres and social personages to widely publicize and mobilize. For each successful introduction of one person to work in the factory, they should leave before November 12, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 (inclusive), and each person should be given a subsidy of 600, 500, 400, 300, 200 and 100 yuan. For those who leave after November 19, no subsidy will be given.

According to the latest recruitment policy of Zhengzhou Foxconn, this recruitment is based on the hourly mode, with the wage of 30 yuan/hour, and the construction period is until February 15, 2023.
